It’s time you all meet THE man, THE myth, THE legend and our licensed General Contractor, Brandon Baugus!

Brandon has been a licensed GC for three years and is the brains behind the operations of Welcome Home. There’s not much about the work we do that he doesn’t enjoy but tile work is his bread and butter!

If you’ve met Brandon you’ve met a lifelong friend for sure! After serving in the Marines for four active years and doing his service to the community with the local Sheriff’s department, the contracting world was his calling and has kept him busy!

To say we as a company are lucky to have his brain and manpower is an understatement!

Some of you may have put it together by now but Jess Baugus is the wife to her better half, Brandon Baugus!

You’ll find Jess taking care of client communications, social media, scheduling, and the completing the design aspects of Welcome Home Building Services. Jess does swing a hammer with the crew most days of the week to keep everybody in line!

If you have design ideas but just can’t quite figure out how to bring them to life, Jess will take great care of you!

Josiah has played a key role as a part of our crew over the last year and we hope thats the case for many years to come! Growing up Josiah was your typical teenage boy that couldn’t sit still and was always working with his hands, where he started developing his skills at a young age. From building furniture, remodeling his own home, and a few years under a licensed electrician Josiah offers all kinds of specialties to the team.

We are so thankful to have Josiah as a part of our crew day in and day out!

t’s time for you all to meet Victor if you haven’t already had the pleasure! Victor has been with Welcome Home Building Services for three years, helping build the brand as it stands today. Vic brings a wealth of knowledge to our crew from his days framing pole barns with the Amish amongst other construction details! Some of Victors favorite construction aspects include tile work, siding installations, and of course framing and structural repairs.

We are so thankful for Victors time and dedication to our brand over the years and hope you all have the pleasure of meeting Vic while we complete a project for you! 😁

We have all of these lovely team members on board all thanks to the good Lord and Sarge, who is in charge of all hiring, time off requests, and staff functions! We couldn’t do it without him!
