Welcome Home Building Services was started in 2020 as Welcome Home Improvement by Jess and Brandon Baugus. As a licensed General Contractor, Welcome Home Building Services provides a variety of home remodels/renovations/repairs throughout the Triad. Their workmanship and commitment to excellence is proven through their customer service and their attention to detail. They strive to bring the clients dream space into reality with respect to their home and budget.
Since starting in 2020, Welcome Home Building Services has built a reputation for quality work and prides itself on being A+ rated with the Better Business Bureau and has also expanded to include Nook & Cranny Home Inspections. Welcome Home Building Services provides interior remodels and renovations from single rooms, kitchens and bathrooms to entire home renovations and investment properties. Along with renovations Welcome Home Business Services provides custom tile work, flooring, structural repairs, painting, window and door repairs/replacements, framing and interior designs.
Welcome Home Building Services has a great network of trusted subcontractors and has the capabilities to complete all facets of residential construction with great attention to detail.
About The Owners
Hey there, Brandon & Jess Baugus here, the Founders and Owners of what is now Welcome Home Building Services! Brandon and I were married in July of 2017 where we began our lifelong journey of adventures and dreams to be fulfilled. One of them being to own our own company of some sort. Leading us to this small construction company known as Welcome Home Improvement in December 2020, aspiring to be Welcome, NC’s little Chip & Joanna so to speak.
Brandon and I pride our company as a Veteran Owned and Operated company after Brandon served 6 years in the Marines Corps. While we are completing your project you may notices a few characteristics of the military in our processes that have built our brand to where we are today. After Brandons time with the military we relocated back to his hometown of Welcome, NC where we live today and picked out a 1900's fixer upper of our own to call home! You read that right, a 1900's farmhouse! That’s where our passion for home renovations and remodeling ignited!
Brandon got his Contractors license shortly after establishing our company and has sense then become a licensed home inspector as well. That being said Brandon is almost always swinging a hammer on our job sites, making sure the project is moving along as smooth as possible. While Brandon is doing that you’ll find me doing the design work, client relations & administrative work, and
even swinging a hammer myself from time to time.
